The Lough Derg Monster is an Adventure Race made up of 50 kilometers of mountain biking, running and kayaking through the beautiful countryside of Killaloe, Ireland Right now the Monster is sleeping in the depths of Lough Derg but on the 24th July it will be awakened to rampage across the East Clare hills, are you ready to tame the Monster… The event is open to Individuals and teams of 2 who are willing to take on the challenge of biking, running and kayaking over the 50km course In 2011 we are also launching the Mini Monster a 30km Bike, Kayak and Run around sections of the main Monster route.
