Three time olympian and former World Champion in 5000m launches Jog for Jockeys The Jog for Jockeys 5km and 10km races will be held at the Curragh racecourse on Sunday 24th August 2014.
The 2014 event takes place at the Curragh racecourse. There will be top class horse racing afterwards featuring the Debutante Stakes (Group 2 race).
Start time for 10k is 11:00am and the 5k runners will begin at 11:20.
The 5k is one loop of the racecourse and is open to Adults & Children.
The 10k covers the stunning landscape surrounding the Curragh, and the race course itself. If you are looking for something different than a normal 10k road race, this is the event for you. This is also ideal for pre Season Cross Country Training.
