This 3 day series, which doubles as the Galway Senior T&F Champs, ran last summer for the first time to great success with good fields in all events. The programme of events is spread over three week-day evenings with one sprint, jump, throw and run each evening.
This event was conducted in a relaxed atmosphere last year where many people tried out events, particularly field events, for the very first time. The same applies this year, so participation is encouraged on a ‘come-and-try’ basis. Personally, I may be exhibiting my recently acquired throwing prowess 🙂
Also there are many road-runners out there who have yet to sample track action, and many of you have been sharpening your track speed in the weekly group track session – now is the time to test it out.

• As last year, entry is €5 per event or €15 for the series. (ie 15 euro covers entry for any number of events, but athlete must specify which events they will compete in.)
