– Registration and changing: Ordnance Survey, Phoenix Park
– Course: 2 km lap around the OS (designed by Dessie Shorten)
– Distances: Women (4 km), Men (8 km)
– Age: 35 or older on day of race
– Prize categories: Five yearly for individuals. All ages combined for teams.
