10K Dawn run/walk in Carrick On Shannon Co Leitrim at 6.00am on Saturday 6th August. €15 to enter, breakfast/Showers included. Registration from 5.30 am. car parking at Parc Sean mc Diarmida main G A A pitch on the Dublin Rd.There will be lots of stewards present in that area.You can walk 100 m to the registration table from there.Race will begin from St marys Club house on the Castleara rd ,(all in the one location).Beautiful rural route for the first 5k and one good hill for the challenge.The next 4 k takes you back in the N 4 hard shoulder and its all down hill back to town…..The last k is a loop back near tesco-Aura Leasurecentre area to finish.Breakfast and showers after and prizes.lots of vocal stewards on the route to inform you at all times.And one water station at 5 k.
