Mungret GAA club was setup back in the 1920’s on the outskirts of Limerick City. The club has a proud heritage, and this year the club is hosting a 10K Run in aid of Limerick Marine Search and Rescue.
This is the first year that the run has been held, but it is hoped that this will be come an annual event, and we would encourage people to spread the news and help us make people aware of the upcoming event.
We are hoping that we will have a large turn-out on the day, and are encouraging people to run, jog, walk on the day so that we can raise as much money as possible to help fund the great work done by the volunteers of the Limerick Marine Search and Rescue.
