Most of the event will take place on the grounds of the scenic Lough Muckno with the swim taking place in the gorgeous setting of the lovely Muckno Lake.
The cycling will take a route on the old N2 road midway between Annyalla and Clontibret with a U turn and a journey back to the transition are at Lough Muckno.
The 5km run will take place through the fantastic setting of the Black Island forest park and finish at the transsition area in front of the beutiful Hope Castle.
