Mayhem is one of Ireland’s premier challenge runs. It is 5K (or 10K if you want to go around twice) with 35 obstacles. These obstacles range from tunnels to rope swings to lillie pads to slides. This is not just a great test of fitness, it is also an amazing fun spirit with a special feeling of camaderie as you go around the course. Fitter and stronger challengers help those less able over some of the more challenging obstacles and then end result is every challenger coming across the finish line with a huge grin on their face.
