The course starts and finishes in South Park, Claddagh.
A.A.I. approved and permit granted.
Race entries limited to 2,000 participants.

Limited changing facilities available near Start/Finish Area.
Prize giving adjacent to the Finish Area at 8.30pm.
Minimum age 14 years on day of race. Juniors under 19 on day of race.
All participants must obey the instructions of Gardai and race officials.
Chip timing will be used for all participants. Finishing Time Limit is 75 minutes.

Prize fund now in excess of €5,000
1st Man, 1st Woman €500 each.
Special course records bonus of €500 for Men’s and Women’s records.
1st & 2nd men and women from AAI club Fit4Life scheme.
