YES – We will permit entry transfers (1 per entry) without any transfer charge until 6pm on Sunday 20th September 2020
The entry transfer process works by the initial entrant offering a transfer of their entry to the new entrant.
Payment for the entry is to be sorted between the old and new entrants but “touting” of entries for a profit is not permitted.
On 21st September we will finalise our entry list & order our personalised race numbers so transfer requests must be processed prior to that date
No deferrals to subsequent events are possible
Please Do Not allow anyone else to run with your number
Allowing someone else to use your number in this manner is unfair to those who missed out on the entry limits.
This also means you are not covered by our 3rd party insurance which is vital for this event to take place on the public roads and to utilise privately owned land for parking, etc
It also adversely effects the results service we can provide with our timing partner particularly in relation to age group prizes and in the past has given us incorrect results where some category winners have missed out on being presented with their prizes on the day, etc so Please “Play Fair & Comply With Conditions Of Entry Thanks“
If you allow someone else to use your number in this manner then you will not be allowed to enter future events
SO PLEASE – NO NUMBER SWAPS UNLESS DONE OFFICIALLY ONLINE BY 20th Sept 2020
