There will be an 8km road race and walk as part of the Coolaney Summer Festival on Saturday 26th of July at 12 noon. Registration for the event is from 10.30 to 11.30 at Coolaney Community Park. The entry fee is €10 for runners and €5 for walkers. Entries will be categorised as senior, over 35 and over 45 and there will be refreshments for all participants after the event. With a full programme of activities throughout the day, there will be plenty to entertain children and families who wish to come along in support of athletes.
