This is our third year holding this event , this year the ethos is for young and old experienced or novice to come along and dip your toe in the water and try the running scene for yourself, you might get addicted,
We have prizes fo rthe first male and first female home, we also have a variety of spot prizes donated by local bussiness so everyone has a chace of winning, all entrants recieve goody bag and a free tshirt we offer free shower and changing facilities, refreshments for all competitors,free car parking, music on the day not bad for 10euro..
