10k Run and 5k Run/Walk, all start from St Michael’s Rowing Club on O’Callaghan’s Strand (beneath Shannon Bridge). Ample parking available in car-park beside the club, free for all participants. Music & entertainement before and after the events; free teas, coffees and home baking for all participants after the finish
