WALKERS:Walkers will start at 11.30 with the runners.Juvenile 1k dash at 11.am for th younger athletes and over 6,s.
WHERE THE MONEY GOES:We are offering super value for money at €15 for adults and €10 for u/18 and students,also €2 for kids in the 1k dash,we are offering medals to the juveniles,first 100 and tshirts to the first 250 to register on the day,with shower facilities and food in the 5star Heritage Hotel after the race,we dont expect a profit but anything left over will go to developing facilities for our ever expanding club.

We have made Male and Female categories equal for Prizes.
We normally end up taking home spot prizes so we try to ensure that everyone gets something on the day.
Parking/Changing/Refreshments:As mentioned changing/showers are available in the hotel along with food and prizegiving after the race.There are ample parking facilities around Portlaoise including the Heritage Hotel Multistory carpark.
