Paul Myles Memorial Run /Jog /Walk; Monday 5th May 2014 at 12.00 noon
Venue: Drumalee Cross, Cootehill Road Cavan Town (beside Orchard Pub)
Plenty of parking facilities beside pub and in Institute’s car park next door. This new event has been organised in memory of the late Garda Paul Myles who passed away a year ago. Paul was a renowned and committed athlete over the years. This event is also a charity event for two local causes: Alzheimer’s Day Care Unit, Cavan and Friends of Lisdarn, Cavan. This event also coincides with the 2014 Cavan Walking Festival running from the 2nd to 11th May so why not make a weekend of it in Cavan! T-Shirts will be available at a designated area for people who have registered online from 10.00 am on the morning of the run.
