- What does the event entail, is it suitable for walkers, joggers, experienced athletes and participants, is there a fun or kids element to it?
- When does it take place, what time is registration/ packet pick up on race day,
- Where does it take place, is the course flat, fast, hilly, off-road, coastal, undulating or has it PB potential?

Clew Bay Half Marathon and 10K – On Saturday September 22 in Louisburgh County Mayo. Half starts at 11, 10K starts at 11,30.
This is the eight Clew Bay Half Marathon and 10K hosted by the Local GAA and funds go to the provision of Health and Fitness facilities and training for the youth of the local area. Gone from Strength to Strength over the years with professional standards but completely voluntary. Over 400 participated in 2017 and it will be capped at 500 in 2018. Known for the home made food and hospitality. Evening After Party with music by Clew Bay Critters in Joe Mack’s Pub – an eclectic mix of American/Irish/Folkey, banjo, mandolin, Standing Bass, guitar and vocals.
