Dee Newell and Fergal Madden take centre stage in this episode, fresh from their completion of swimming the English Channel from The UK to France. Although they both completed the swim on the same weekend, they completed it solo. Fergal started just before midnight on the Friday completing the swim in 16 hours and 46 minutes.
Dee started just before 1am on the Saturday and completed her Channel crossing in 14 hours and 54 minutes.
