Munster Mud Run Countdown Begins Today The final countdown for Munster’s first Mud Run begins today with just 17 days left until the mucky race takes over the Ballyhoura Mountains, Cork on June 19th. Amid a 5km forest track, the Munster Mud Run takes participants through mud pits, water holes and series of obstacles that leave them dirty, mucky and smiling. Munster Mud Run invites registration from people over the age of 16 with a real sense of adventure and fun to join in on the mucky race. Mud Run is a fun experience open to all levels of fitness from the brisk stroller to the manic marathon runner. Cost of registration is €30 for individual participation and teams of four can register for €100. Registration is available on our website, www.mudrun.ie.
