To make the most of your listing we suggest you include as much information as possible within each section of the submission form below. Within the event description section be sure to include as much information as possible so people can make an informed decision about your event.
Suggested Information
- Who is hosting / organising the event, who will the event benefit?
- What does the event entail, is it suitable for walkers, joggers, experienced athletes and participants, is there a fun or kids element to it?
- When does it take place, what time is registration/ packet pick up on race day,
- Where does it take place, is the course flat, fast, hilly, off-road, coastal, undulating or has it PB potential?

5 Mile road race at the coastal village of Bettystown only 25min from Dublin airport.
The event is hosted in the stunning village of Bettystown and surrounding areas. run the B-5 with friends and Family.

This year’s event will again be an event for runners joggers and walkers, it is organised by runners and the event is designed to suit everyone.
It’s 5miles long and takes in the stunning environs of East Meath. Previous years have huge success and the participants who have taken part in the past range from walkers to Kenyan international athletes, but they all loved it and had very positive things to say about the event. We put that down to the volunteers who come out in droves to support the running of the event, from giving water, medals, making tea and coffee to directing traffic, the B-5 volunteers take enormous pride in their race and make it a very special day for the runners. They are Cilles A.C. members and friends of the club.
