St. Abban’s Athletic Club in Co. Laois will host the ‘Woodie’s DIY Half Marathon Challenge’ on September 5th 2010. Entry is open to the public and a prize bag including t-shirt will be presented to all entrants.
St. Abban’s AC is located in a scenic corner of Co.Laois bordering counties Kilkenny and Carlow. The course starts and finishes at St. Abban’s AC Clubhouse and consists of 2 laps over challenging undulating roads.
Prizes are on offer to men, women and vets and the race also incorporates a team competition.
