The Westport Triathlon is a sprint distance triathlon based around Westport Quay and Clewbay. The race is in its fourth year now and it is getting more and more popular. The 750m swim is based around the point in Westport. This is followed by a 20K cycle on an out and back route along coast road to Croagh Patrick, take in the stunning views of Clew bay on the way! Then last but not least, a 5 k run thought the scenic grounds of Westport House
