Saturday morning : Climb Croagh Patrick with some challenges
Saturday evening : Pool swim 500m or 1,000m swim or water activities (depending on ability)
Sunday Morning : 3 km or 5 km or 10km walk/run (depending on ability)
All the activities are in group, and each activities is not a race.
