West Cork Tri Club are organising monthly midweek talks starting from November at The Quality Hotel (in the Carbery Suit), Clonakilty. Next date and speaker:
Wednesday 14th of December @ 19.30: Lizzie Lee with run trainer Donie Walsh. Run specific talk from two Irish International competitors on how to improve your run times in triathlon with smarter run training. Also includes the different types of training to be focusing on throughout the year, building to a peak during the triathlon season.
Anyone can attend and there is no entry fee
