Lough Key Triathlon club, along with Waterways Ireland, will host the 5th Lough Key triathlon at 10.30am on Sunday September 4th 2011. This sprint triathlon (750 meter swim / 23km cycle / 5km run) is a Triathlon Ireland National Series event. There are just over 300 places available. Special conditions: Triathlon Ireland rules apply and all entrants are advised to familiarize themselves with the Triathlon Ireland manual of guidance which is available to download from their website. Wetsuits are compulsory – NO EXCEPTIONS
