Sat 21 : Tri 3 Cahir, Tri Sprint – Cahir, Tipperary
The first port of call for our triathletes is the lovely Medieval Town of Cahir. We are delighted to be bringing the Tri3 Triathlon Series back to this wonderful location in the shadows of the mighty medieval Cahir Castle. Now for the technical question, what is the course like? It will start off with a down river swim, followed with a flat cycle and finally a beautiful run that will take in the famous Swiss Cottage Path.
