In 2017 we’re returning to Loughcrew where Tough Mudder Ireland, presented by Merrell promises to push anyone who isn’t prepared to go past their limits. Another gut-busting course awaits – thick mud, rolling hills, deep woods and plenty of extreme obstacles.
Do it as an individual or gather the troops and create a team to make it around the course together, from climbing everest to jumping in a skip full of ice or being shocked by 10,000 volts of electroshock therapy on the finish line it is one hell of a course.
As Tough Mudder is a team-centric event focused on camaraderie over course time, most Mudders choose to recruit a team to make event day more fun and help them through the obstacles. You can form a team before or after you register.
If you haven’t taken part in a Tough Mudder event yet then this is one for the bucket list, its tough, its muddy but most of all it’s fun.
