The race is suitable for all levels whether you are looking for a personal best, preparing for the mini marathon or looking to complete your first 5 mile race.
This race is to raise money for the Portlaw branch of the Red Cross we are organizing a 5 mile road race in collaboration with Carrick AC. The proceeds will be used to buy equipment for their new Ambulance. This ambulance is in use every weekend at various Sporting, (athletics, triathlons and GAA events) so its important that it has the correct equipment.
