TINRYLAND AC 4 MILE FUN RUN

Same race, same course but now AAI measured to ensure you run exactly 4 mile and achieve your personal goals. The traditional loop is measured at 4 miles 89 meters, so this will be the first year that it will be exactly 4 miles.The 32nd running of this event sponsored by Dan Morrissey Ltd since its inception which will be held at 5.30 pm in Tinryland village, Co. Carlow on Saturday the 27th August. Also at 5pm there is a 1 mile fun event for all children up to the age of 15 years. Post race activities include refreshments where a wide selection of food will be available free of charge for all. Race video, presentations, and live music in the local GAA centre from 8pm onwards. Following on from last years event where we had a record turnout we have decided to keep the major spot prizes for people who don’t win individual prizes. Same as last year some lucky individual will win a €1000 holiday voucher which will be valid for 1 year, other prizes will be released in the coming weeks.
