August Bank Holiday 2013 will see an amazing new event on the Irish triathlon calendar.
triAthlone, together with shadow – Ireland’s custom clothing specialists, present the 1st ever shadowmantriathlon. With 2 events at both Middle and Long Distances. shadow is a specialist Irish custom clothing company, with a focus on high-quality cycling, athletics, triathlon and leisure wear. Working together we hope to bring you an amazing event; offering longer distance events to the Irish triathlon community at a reasonable price, with the quality and presentation triAthlone is known for.
SWIM: Our swim route and T1 will be based at the picturesque Coosan Point, Athlone at the foot of Lough Ree.
BIKE: Get ready for a fast bike route circumnavigating Lough Ree: taking in counties Westmeath, Longford and Roscommon.
RUN: We have a fast, flat run route around the Athlone hinterland, through beautiful countryside.
