Now in it’s 4th year this duathlon, set in the heart of the midlands is an ideal introduction to the sport of duathlons. It is well organised on a fairly flat, fast course and is chip timed where you get your printed results on the day. It can be completed individually or as a team of 2 or 3 members and is suitable for beginners, intermediates and advanced duathletes.
Long Course; 5k run / 20k cycle / 5k run
Early Bird Long Course Online Reg Fee (up to 30th April) EUR 20.00; normal Online Reg fee to 24th July EUR 25.00; on the day reg EUR 30.00.
Short Course; 3k run / 20k cycle/ 3k run
Early Bird Short Course Online Reg Fee (up to 30th April) EUR 15.00, normal Online Reg fee to 24th July EUR 20.00; on the day reg EUR 25.00.
Relay; 5k run / 20k cycle/ 5k run
Early Bird Relay Team Online Reg Fee (up to 30th April) EUR 35.00, normal online reg EUR 45.00; on the day reg EUR 50.00. Relay teams can be made up of 2 or 3 people.
