The St Senan’s Open T&F takes place on Easter Monday 13th April starting at 1.00pm. Races start with an 80m for U/8, U/9, U/10, U/11, U/12, while athletes from U/13 up will have a 100m sprint race. The U/11 ages also have a 300m, while the U/12 to U/17 athletes also have a long jump and shot putt. This year for the first time we are including a high jump for U/13 and U/15 boys and girls. Junior girls have a 100m, 400m, 1500m and long jump, while the junior boys have a 100m, 400m, 3000m and long jump. Relays (4 x 200m) are for U/10, U/12, U/14 and U/16 with a mixed junior relay. There is a senior 1500m for ladies with prize for first three athletes and first two vets, while the senior men have a 3000m race again with prizes for first three and first two vets. Please note that due to road closures in the area the only direct route to the Sports Complex is to take the Waterford-Kilkenny road and turn left after Irish’s Pub. From there follow the signs via the Dangan road to Kilmacow village.
