Event details and schedule
The 10k race will begin at 11:30 (subject to change) in the morning with the 5k run leaving the starting point shortly after this. All participants are asked to arrive in plenty of time beforehand. The meeting point for the race will be on the school grounds (53.286873, -6.751255) and there will be ample parking spaces provided. All participants should ensure they bring confirmation of their online registration with them. There will be changing and shower facilities in the main school building and this is where participants will sign in and get their race number, chip bib and goody bag prior to the race. Participants will then take a short walk to the starting line which will be located along Prosperous village. The majority of the course will be along the surrounding country roads south of the village with the 10k runners enjoying the scenery along the grand canal and returning along the same route with the home straight bringing everyone back to the school.
