The annual SOSAD 5K for Life in Navan takes place on saturday the 24th September. It starts and finsihes at Blackwater and is open to runners, joggers and walkers.
This 5K is to help SOSAD raise awareness of the work we do in Meath, helping anyone affceted by suicide and/or depression and to help ensure that we can continue offering this invaluable community service right through the winter months.
