The SOSAD 5K for Life is open to all runners, joggers and walkers and will be timed by Titaln Sports. The 5K starts and finishes in Aura Leisure Centre Car Park in Dundalk. This is a fund raiser for SOSAD Dundalk to help SOSAD continue offering the right help and support to anyone affected by depression and/or suicide.
