Getting There Location of start The run starts in front of the steps of the house. Getting there by public transport The nearest train station is Donabate. See the Irish Rail website for timetables then follow the directions for on foot. The nearest bus stop is outside the main gates of Newbridge House (served by 33B to and from Swords) see the Dublin Bus website for timetables. It’s about a 600 metre walk from the gates to the house. Getting there on foot It is about a 1k walk from Donabate town centre to the start. Follow the footpath over the bridge and past the train station on your right. After 100 metres take a left up the hill and then immediate right into the square. Follow the footpath to the side gate of Newbridge park and continue straight on the pathway for another 200 metres. Turn right and you will see the house ahead to the left. Getting there by road From M1 North and M1 South exit at Junction 4 Donabate. Follow the signs for Donabate and Newbridge House along the Hearse Road (R126) and after 2k turn left through the main gates of Newbridge House. Follow the road straight to the car park. From Swords or Malahide take the R132 and follow the instructions as above. From Donabate town centre follow the road left over the railway bridge and along the Hearse Road (R126) turning right into the main gates of Newbridge House after 2k.
