Down pour of rain didnt stop the participants ahve a great day! RESULTS ATTACHED BELOW:
Integrals third Seaside 10K went with a bang,smash,whollop, with every kid in the family funrun intent on beating Batman to the finishline! The superhero themed run ran like clockwork with over 400 kids determind to beat batman! And they did just that! Great fun was had with our warm up and goodybags and medals were the extra suprise that made the day!
To the main event were over 450 runners took to the starting line in a downpour of torrential rain! They hammered through the awful weather with their pacers to help them along and what a great race it turned out to be with David Carrey stomping home in 35 mins 15 secs. One of the most beautiful routes in Ireland with a kind course and not too many ups and downs made the event the success it wwas. Our proceeds go to charity as always and we look forward to another great day next year! Well done to all who participated. 🙂
