from RTE Sport news Deirdre Ryan set a new national indoor high jump record in Germany. Ryan managed to clear 1.93m, which surpassed her indoor and outdoor Irish records.
Ryan’s outdoor record stands at 1.92m, which was set in Manchester in 2006.
Ryan will hope to be in such good form if she returns to Germany later in the year for the World Athletics Championship, which will take place in Berlin in August.
