The 3rd leg of the 45th Runways Duathlon in the Phoenix Park. As ever we’re expecting a fun but competitive Duathlon series, catering for all levels. Over the years, this has grown into the largest Duathlons series in Ireland and the UK. To accommodate the record numbers, we now have four start waves at 7:15pm, 7:25pm, 7:40pm and 7:55pm.
July 2nd: 2.7km run, 13km cycle, 2.7km run
