RUNAMUCK is Ireland’s most popular fun in the mud type run.
Ir is held over a 5km course with more than 50 obstacles and the emphasis is on fun from the moment you arrive.
Do 1 lap (~5k) or 2 (~10k) at no extra cost or drama.
Wave starts every 5 minutes from 11.00am and all participants are chip timed.
Fancy dress is encouraged and our DJ is rocking the venue from early in the day.
This event is suitable for all abilities and great if somewhat dirty fun is guaranteed!
