Results for Shane Brennan 5k Road Race 09.01.11 attached The re-scheduled race over 5 kilometres went well even though the weather conditions proved difficult. Due to the arctic weather conditions over the Christmas the event was run on Saturday 9th January.
The Senior Mens Race was won by Fionnan O’Reilly Annalee A.C. in a time of 16:18 with Martin Lyons Mullingar AC and Jody O’Reilly Tullamore Harriers taking 2nd & 3rd.
The Senior Womens race was won by Pauline Curley Tullamore Harriers in a time of 18:20 with Sinead Nolan Annalee A.C and Sandra Martin taking 2nd & 3rd.
The Junior Mens was won by Franklin O’Reilly DCU in a time of 19:03 and Junior Womens won by Eadaoin O’Reilly Annalee A.C. in a time of 19:25.
