The 2019 Galway 5km series will open for entries online at 8pm tonight Friday 22nd March.
The series which takes place over six consecutive Tuesdays in Galway will kick off in on April 30th in Caltra at 7.45pm, the final race will take place in Kilcornan, Clarenbridge on June 4th. All proceeds of the 5k series goes to fund juvenile and adult athletics in Galway.
Anyone who completes 4 of the 6 races gets a souvenir race t-shirt. After the last race, a social night is organised by the final host club Galway City Harriers.
With 700 online entries available, this popular running series sells out quicker than tickets to Electric Picnic so be quick, fingers at the ready for 8pm this evening to register for the Galway 5k Series
