Pop Up Races are coming to Laois for both a 5km & 10km event. Our races are chip timed, fully marshalled and insured, and are open to walkers and runners of all abilities. (€5 for 5km, €10 for 10km) event will start inside the entrance at Emo Court (R422, Emo Village) and take in the beautiful surroundings of the park.
