Pop Up Races are back in Emo for a chip timed, mid week 5k & 10k. Event starts at 7:45pm just inside entrance to Emo Court (go to cross-roads in Emo village and take a right at the pub, coming from M7 side) Water & snacks on completion. €5 for 5k, €10 for 10. Route’s are out and back courses. Registration on the night from 7:20pm or online at www.popupraces.ie. Due to fading light,we ask for walkers to participate in 5km only.
