This run is designed by Gary Frehill, personal trainer for people of all levels to hopefully achieve a pb for their 5k time. The route is on Strava as ‘Paulstown flat 5k’, and has only 6m of total Elevation and loss on fast roads. It begins at 2pm, with registration from 12md at the Barrow Rangers GAA grounds.
