Operation Transformation Star Inspires New Greystones 10km Road Race!
Greystones will host its first ever annual 10 km race, the G10K, at 10.30am on July 20th 2013.
It’s the brainchild of Jeff Conroy. Jeff appeared on Operation Transformation on RTE1 in January this year, and has impressed many with his appearances on national radio sharing his story of how running has helped him through serious mental health issues. Now, along with his fellow Delgany Running Club Members, he’s organized the first annual 10K race in Greystones -with proceeds going to local charities and worthwhile causes.
About the G10K Race
The race starts at 10.30am, on the seafront in Greystones on July 20th, 2013. A challenging yet beautiful and scenic run, the route runs from the Seafront, around Delgany and then back to Greystones Harbour. This is an inaugural event for Greystones so please show your support and get registering. The entrance fee is €20.
