This triathlon caters for people of all abilities from beginners to pros. For those new to triathlons there is also the option of a 350m swim.
Professionals and amateurs
This is now one of the country’s top athletic events with professionals and amateur athletes from Ireland and abroad participating. 400 individual triathletes, some of them full time professional triathletes, and 10 relay teams participated in the event. Prizes to the value of €1000 will be awarded for all age group categories and the relay events.
Cycle Helmets
Approved cycling helmets must be worn during the cycle.
