Mooreabbey Milers AC will hold our annual Mile Dash on Saturday 31st December 2016 @ 1pm in Galbally. This is an accurately Jones Counter measured mile & has an AAI permit. It’s a great way to test your speed over this distance on a very flat route from the village of Galbally to the ruins of the Mooreabbey. Chip timed. The Mile Dash is a really FAMILY FRIENDLY & INCLUSIVE event also which can be enjoyed by young & older! Registration from 11am in the community centre. Reg €8, Kids €5-Chip Timing. Walkers €5, Families walking €10. Delicious refreshments will be served in the community centre after along with prizes. Cash prizes for the top 3 men & women, prizes for 1st junior boy & girl.
