A Training Session within the specific Groups
Core Exercise Workshop
Questions and Answers session with Mark Carroll Irish 5000 Mtrs Record Holder
The session will also be part of the build up for the forthcoming European Cross Country championships to be held in Dublin in December.
Light refreshments will be served.
