MID-SUMMER MUDNESS Course, Registration is now open at www.runireland.com and all the thrills and spills takes place on Saturday, 23rd June at Bellurgan Park, Dundalk, Co. Louth.
The 5km obstacle course through natural forest trails and tracks takes participants through bogs, swamps, mud pits, water holes and over many obstacles, all sure to leave everybody dirty, muddy and happy.

Cost of registration is €25 Mid-Summer Mudness Run is located in Bellurgan Park Estate providing the perfect backdrop for the event.
Mid-Summer Mudness Course is open to all, everyone from first-timers who want to try something different to those who train hard and want a good laugh.
