Annual 5km road race on Friday evening 1st August at 8pm in Carlingford, Co. Louth, organised by a local Glenmore AC.
Juvenile boys & girls u9/11/13/15 races start at 7pm sharp, 2 Euro on the line.

The course record is 14.48 with Freddie Keron Stuk and there is a 200Euro prize for a new course record.
The entry fee is €15 for seniors and vets. Juniors under 17/19 €6.
The race is professionally chipped,AAI certified, refreshments in the hall afterwards.
Walkers and joggers welcome.
